Women’s Elite Rugby
My work with the start-up league, Women’s Elite Rugby, has been integral to the first women’s rugby professional league’s success thus far. Having signed on in December 2024, I’ve written press releases and pitched to national and industry-specific outlets and landed stories for the league. My work has been featured in articles like:
UFL Memphis Showboats
With the United Football League’s Memphis Showboats, I work as the second-hand for our communications efforts and as the first-hand for credentials management for the team.
I’ve pitched and coordinated stories across the United States, getting some of our players media attention in their hometown or college town media outlets.
I also write and prepare our pre-game notes, post-game recaps and notes, assist with our post-game press conferences, game-day communications operations, and handle all of our team credentials management.
With our credentials, I manage privileges, communication and distribution, just not printing.
Memphis Grizzlies + Memphis Hustle
With the Memphis Grizzlies and Hustle, I work specifically with game night communications, an important part of the game operations. I distribute credentials, assist with pre- and post-game press conferences, record and transcribe interview audios, distribute statistics reports to team benches, media and team personnel, and work on any additional communications efforts as needed.
