growing up an hour south of knoxville, tennessee, in the early 2000s meant one thing: lady vols basketball. the unwavering intensity and profound push for greatness of pat summitt from my family’s living room shaped my formative years and instilled in me a deep respect, desire and hunger for the sports scene.

now as a young adult entering the beginning of my career, i’m reminded of my child self’s wonder and dreams of somehow, someway, impacting the world of sports. working with sports media means changing how the world perceives your team, your sport and your athletes. digging deep and showcasing the grit, soul and stories that hide within sports has become my internal compass and my greatest passion.
